A varicocele is a common condition that is characterized by enlargement of certain veins in the scrotum. It usually affects the left testicle (80 – 90%). 

Varicoceles are enlarged veins in the scrotum which cause the testicle to appear larger. This condition causes pain and can also lead to male infertility.
